Shackleton Risk Management is an authorised Financial Services Provider (FSP Number 33621), specialising in the provision of niche market commercial insurance products to liquidators, attorneys and professional persons.

Formerly known as Court Bond Services, Shackleton Risk Management has been placing Liquidation Bonds in KZN since 1999. Today, the company has representation in all the major South African commercial centres and annually issues guarantees totalling billions of rands to leading liquidators countrywide. In addition to Liquidation Bonds being offered in its guarantee line, Shackleton Risk Management offers Executor Bonds and Curator Bonds to attorneys, accountants and professional liquidators.

In 2007 Shackleton Risk Management introduced a Professional Indemnity product for Attorneys and Liquidators. This product offers the market standard level of cover, however our premiums are highly competitive. Shackleton Risk Management also offers Fidelity Guarantee and Misappropriation of Trust Fund Insurance products to firms requiring Professional Indemnity cover.
